6th Grade - We will be finishing our Science Fair Experiment Sheets in class this week. Once we are finished with the experiment sheets on Google Classroom, you may begin running your experiments.
Math 7/6 students were given 35 minutes in class to begin working on the homework assignment. I am very proud of the students who used this time wisely!
During the Trimesters, there are random days when I will allow students time during my science, history, and math classes to catch up if they have fallen behind. During these special class times, students are given a list of items that they should double check for completion. It is their job to make sure that they are up to date and ready to move on with all of their work. They are expected to ask questions if they need help and are given guidance as to how to prioritize their work flow during the class time in order to maximize their work output. These days are timed to coincide with Shamrock Block so that students can also seek out any of the other middle school teachers to clarify any work that needs to be done.
Today, sixth grade students and Math 76 students were given one of these catch-up days since several assignments are due this week. There should be no reason that your child has not been able to complete the following items:
